CNC'd unit giving 4 degrees of advance. We slotted a unit and made dyno runs from 0 to 6 degrees in 1 degree increments and found 4 degrees to be the best. Simply bolt in, solder on your plug, and go. Unit even has an arrow to indicate which way to install.

Suzuki RG500 RG400 Clutch Pressure Plate

"This CNC'd pressure plate is aimed at those engines making more HP than stock. Higher HP engines run the risk of having the clutch slip so my RG500 racer uses the MT9 springs and 10 plate pack. However it refused to find neutral and was a bitch to downshift entering corners. Further investigation revealed that the HD springs applied enough force on the stock pressure plate when the clutch lever was pulled in to warp the pressure plate towards the clutch plates which prevented them from separating. This CNC'd pressure plate solves that problem. Made from billet 6061 but this unit is not pocketed and relieved on the back side like the stock unit allowing a dramatic increase in strength. "
